These are the Indictments of countries/governments/regimes that we have found to be most obviously guilty of breaching the Mandate of the Global Peace Police Service; 

Indicted for the use of government sanctioned military against their own people to oppress them physically, educationally, financially because of their own corruption and cold blooded murder of innocent civilians to keep themselves in power by oppressive none productive means and ways is;
